I found that there was so much more to learn about training and exercising especially in the right way, so I then took up further courses and training programmes like nutrition, pre and postnatal exercises for women, pilates and gym instructor course to gain full knowledge to be the most superior PT and body builder I can possibly be. I am very dedicated to my career, always enjoy and love doing research on the best ways to improve body, mind and wellness. I started working in the gym doing PT sessions and group exercises and met loads of clients with different needs, abilities and backgrounds. This helped me gain more knowledge and skills on how everyone is different and have different aspects of working. I take great pleasure in making changes in my clients life and now want to grow and expand.
